National licenses are not automatically granted simply by completing a training program. You must first verify your desired license and work experience, then proceed step by step through the process of obtaining an applicant number, attending training sessions, taking the required exams and passing a physical examination, and finally applying for the license.
Confirm Objectives, Experience, and Preferred Timeline
We will ask about your license type, flight experience, intended use, any restrictions or changes, and your status regarding grant applications, and then determine your course category and provide a quote.
Retrieve the applicant number in DIPS 2.0
Obtain a Skills Certification Applicant Number, which is used to apply for training courses and exams at registered training institutions. Check in advance to ensure you have all the necessary items, such as identification documents and a photo.
Classroom Training, Practical Training, and Graduation Evaluation
You will learn the necessary knowledge and piloting skills in a step-by-step manner and progress through the prescribed curriculum and final evaluation. Details regarding the schedule and venue will be provided for each course.
Written Exam, Physical Examination, and Application for Issuance
Upon completion of a course at a registered training institution, you will be exempt from the practical examination administered by a designated testing agency, depending on the course content. You must still take the written examination, undergo a physical examination, and submit an application for certification to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
Flight and Operational Activities After Obtaining a License
Depending on the nature of the flight, you may need flight permits or approvals, flight plan notifications, and flight logs in addition to your pilot’s license. We can also advise you on how to use DIPS 2.0 and implement it in your daily operations.
