Course Information
The national licensing system categorizes unmanned aircraft pilots into two classes: “Class 1 Unmanned Aircraft Pilot” and “Class 2 Unmanned Aircraft Pilot.”
This is the newly implemented Unmanned Aircraft Pilot Skill Certification system, effective December 5, 2022.
It is a national qualification certifying that the holder possesses the necessary skills (knowledge and ability) to operate unmanned aircraft.

Process for Obtaining Qualifications
Obtaining a Skill Certification Applicant Number
Use the DIPS (Drone Information Platform System) to obtain your skill certification applicant number. This number is required when applying for the national license acquisition course.

Attending the training session
To obtain a Class 1 or Class 2 Unmanned Aircraft Pilot License, you will take both classroom instruction and practical training. Classroom instruction can be completed online.

Field Test and Issuance of Skill Certificate
After passing the exam, apply for your certificate online through DIPS and receive it. The certificate is valid for three years and requires renewal.

I am worried because the DIPS application process is complicated. Is there any support available?
Yes, our school provides paid support for all procedures, from obtaining an applicant number in DIPS 2.0 to applying for certificate issuance. You can entrust us with even complex applications with confidence.
I heard that using the grant requires at least 10 hours of training?
Yes, it is required. At our school, adding the Industrial Practice Course brings the total to over 10 hours, making you eligible for the subsidy.
Is it true that you can obtain a Class 1 license in Okinawa?
Yes, our school is one of the few registered training institutions in Okinawa where you can obtain a Class 1 Unmanned Aircraft Pilot License. This enables more advanced flight operations and significantly expands your business opportunities.
Please provide detailed information about training on the 25kg large aircraft.
We offer hands-on training using the DJI FlyCart 30, one of the few 25kg-class drones available in Okinawa. This allows you to master advanced techniques in an environment closer to real-world operations, enabling you to excel in the field immediately after graduation.
