Obtaining a Skill Certification Applicant Number
DIPS（ドローン情報基盤システム）を利用して、技能証明申請者番号を取得します。この番号は国家ライセンス取得コースの受講申込時に必要となります。

Attending the training session
一等または二等無人航空機操縦士資格の取得を目指して、学科講習と実地講習を受講します。学科講習はオンラインで学習可能です。

Field Test and Issuance of Skill Certificate
合格後、DIPSを通じてオンラインで証明書交付申請を行い、証明書を受け取ります。証明書の有効期限は3年で、更新が必要です。
